Our priority is the health and safety of our staff and customers. We are currently following the government guidelines in place with regard to travel and our staff. As you are aware, the situation remains changeable. We continue to monitor the situation closely.
We would like to reassure all of our clients that we are more than happy to cooperate with them on site hygiene protocols and provide advice where we can. We will also alert our clients to any measures we need to take during this very unusual period that we find ourselves in.
Our cleaning products will help in the sanitising of your offices. However, please be advised, we are not infection control specialists. The virus is not yet fully understood even by the experts, however, we will, of course, try to be as effective as we can with our cleaning regimes. we have currently given out a Ultrabac high performance bactericidal cleaner to our staff.
We have advised our cleaning teams to prioritise touch points, high traffic areas, i.e. door handles, switches and surfaces, as part of the ongoing cleaning regime. Many clients have requested additional time to ensure this is covered.
It is always our aim to provide the highest level of service at all times and especially during this period of uncertainty. Our staff have been advised to be vigilant regarding their own personal hygiene at our client’s site. They need to wear the appropriate PPE we provide, gloves, tabards etc. wherever possible. We would also ask our clients to be mindful of their own staff’s hygiene safety protocols.
